Plants: We use FedEx Ground on plants and in some cases we use the USPS for areas not covered by FedEx. FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes! If you are in California, Oregon and Washington it may take 3 or 4 days to get your plants. East coast, Midwest and Florida is typically 2 days.

Delivery dates: do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For example, if you order on Monday morning with two day delivery, your order will arrive on Wednesday. If you order on Thursday morning with two day delivery, your order will arrive on Monday, which is two working days after the order date. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern time may ship the next business day.

A street address is required for FedEx and UPS shipping. We cannot deliver to a post office box unless we ship with the United States Postal Service.

The lilies we ship are semi-mature. The size of the leaves (pads) vary depending on the variety of lily. Most arrive with active blooms but they most often fall off from transplant shock. With careful planting new blooms may come back in a matter of a week or two. This years blooms will be small as a transplanted root system needs to become established. Next year blooms will be large and plentiful.

Snails: Please read Information on Snails before buying. The snails are shipped from our breeder in Ohio. We cannot guarantee the live delivery of snails with our free FedEx Ground shipping due to cargo area temperatures that may get over 120 degrees when traveling through the desert, or in heat waves anywhere in the US.

Pond Products and other items: We ship with regular freight by whichever means is most convenient. 90% of all pond products will ship with UPS and arrive in 3-5 days.

"FOB shipping point" or "FOB origin" indicates the buyer pays shipping cost, and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave the seller's premises.

RESTRICTED PLANTS: Some states have bans on certain pond plants. Check the USDA Noxious Plants website prior to purchase. The buyer needs to beware of any regulations on plants that may be restricted. If your order gets confiscated by your state agriculture department we cannot be held responsible.
CLIMATE VARIATIONS: We guarantee our plants will arrive alive and healthy. Pond Plants grow differently depending on where you live. If you took pond plants of the same type, and planted them in different parts of the USA, each plant would grow differently. This is Mother Nature at work. We cannot guarantee that your climate will support long term growth as this varies by location. With experience you will find which pond plants thrive in your USDA Zone. SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to substitute similar plants of equal or greater value unless you specifically request otherwise in the remarks section of your order. This happens almost never though, and if it does happen it is usually in regard to floating and submerged oxygenation plants.
