| THE KEY TO BIG POND PLANTS AND BLOOMS IS FERTILIZER TABLETS ONCE A MONTH! Not just any fertilizer will do. You need 10-26-10 Copper Free* This is very important for big blooming lilies, lotus and flowering plants.
*Copper will kill your valuable
Japanese Trapdoor Snails that eat algae. |

Tropical Water Lilies are spectacular pond plants that can be grown outside in your water garden
in all zones as long as the weather is warm enough. Tropical water lilies like the temperature to be
at least 70 degrees. If you live in areas that freeze, you can winter your tropical water lilies
inside and bring them out again in the spring. Tropical water lilies are very free flowering and for
the most part, very fragrant. Tropical water lilies come in shades of white, yellow, pink, red, blue
and purple. Tropical water lilies come in both day blooming and night blooming varieties. Depth
should be maintained between 6" to 18" when first transplanted and then once established can be
grown from 12" to 30" deep depending on the variety.

The deep purple blooms have more than 40 petals per flower. Just as
dramatic are the reddish-brown leaves that are intermixed with slashes of green.

RESTRICTED PLANTS:
Some states have bans on certain pond plants. Check the
USDA Noxious Plants website
prior to purchase. The buyer needs to beware of any regulations
on plants that may be restricted. If your order gets confiscated
by your state agriculture department we cannot be held responsible.
CLIMATE VARIATIONS:
We guarantee our plants will arrive alive and healthy. Pond Plants
grow differently depending on where you live. If you took pond plants
of the same type, and planted them in different parts of the USA,
each plant would grow differently. This is Mother Nature at work.
We cannot guarantee that your climate will support long term growth
as this varies by location. With experience you will find which
pond plants thrive in your
USDA Zone. Join our
Pond, Watergarden
and Plant Forum and ask some questions before you buy
is the best advice we can give you.
SUBSTITUTIONS: We
reserve the right to substitute similar plants of equal or greater
value unless you specifically request otherwise in the remarks section
of your order. This happens almost never though, and if it does
happen it is usually in regard to floating and submerged oxygenation
plants.
