project is to locate donated aquatic plants suitable to stock a
pond in a local Nature Center. At this time we are trying to

I'd really like to comment and
recommend you to others. This is my second year with a small
backyard pond. The plants I ordered last year from a different
supplier were very small & weak compared with what I received
from you this year, and your price may have been a smidge lower!
I orders a few items from another supplier at the same time I
ordered from you. I received your delivery two-three weeks ago.
I'm still waiting to hear that my order has shipped from the
other supplier, communication with them is difficult (very slow
response times). I highly recommend you for pond supplies! Very
happy to have done business with you!

I received my shipment today
and could not believe the beautiful condition of the anacharis,
Parrot's Feather and the Hornwort. I was leery about ordering
over the internet again because last year I placed an order with
another Company and was totally disappointed in the spindly
frail plants they sent me. The Parrots feather from that order

Hi, and THANK YOU.
With tomorrow being New Years Day, I thought my snail order
would not ship until next Monday. However, I was pleased to
return from the post office this afternoon to discover my
husband had brought in the package containing the entire order,
plants AND snails.
I read the instructions and put the opened bag of snails in the
koi pond to get acclimated to the temperature. It was going down
to 36 tonight, and I did not want them staying in the house
getting too warm, which might be worse for them coming from a
colder climate than we have here in Mobile AL.
Not a single one of the little jewels floated. I don't think
they had time to be shook up like ping pong balls on this trip,
they came so quickly.
Likewise the plants were healthy and crisp, and they are already
in the pond as well.
Thank you for your prompt attention to my small order. Have a

Hey Paul!
I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that the plants I
ordered arrived safe and sound and very quickly. I’ve always
been hesitant ordering live plants over the internet because I
didn’t have much luck with receiving mail order plants, but I
was very pleased with the condition and selection I ordered. The
root structures were very good and they had included very
explicit written instructions for planting.
I’m still in the process of potting them and I probably ordered
way too early, but I wanted to be able to allow them time to
acclimatize to my zone 5 and I didn’t want to risk being too
late and have you be out of stock on what I wanted for the
spring ponding season.
I definitely will be ordering more plants once the pond
expansion is in and know what room I have available – may end up
adding a bog in addition! Thanks for your great customer service
and very good plant stock.
