Valved Outlet Assemblies

Use these valved outlets when operating two or more pond diffusers from a single pump. A built-in pressure relief valve protects the pump in case airlines become kinked, plugged or frozen. A union coupling allows for quick and easy removal of the pump. Air flow to each diffuser is controlled by a heavy duty brass ball valve. All fittings are galvanized steel. A 2' piece of flexible hose is included on each line to dissipate heat and allow for easy pipe connection at any angle. Use a pressure gauge to monitor system pressure and prevent costly motor damage.

RUBBER MEMBRANE AIR DIFFUSERS

These EPDM rubber air diffusers are incredibly strong and are ideal for pond aeration, circulation and destratisfying applications. Unlike air stones these diffusers are easy to clean, EPDM membrane cleans much better and easier than porous air stones. In testing these air diffusers produce a slightly larger air bubble than air stones which translates into less oxygen transfer into the water, so for fish holding tanks, raceways, fish production ponds, etc. we recommend staying with the air stones below. These diffusers are an excellent choice for pond and water garden aeration since they actually produce more circulation and water movement. Barbed inlets have multiple size barbs. Simply cut to fit the size tubing you are using.

ALUMINA AIRSTONES

“Alumina” airstones – three times stronger than white silica airstones! Produces a finer bubble with no increase in pressure.
• Inlet fittings are set into the body of the diffuser, making them much less likely to break or twist loose

MEMBRANE DIFFUSER ASSEMBLIES

EasyPro offers a membrane air diffuser assembly that features a hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel. This eliminates the need for bricks and straps to get the diffuser to sink! Available in both a single head or dual head assemblies.

Single head handles airflow from 1-3 cfm, double head handles airflow from 2-6 cfm. 3/4" female threaded outlet located in the base of each diffuser.

MEMBRANE DIFFUSERS

Membrane diffusers are a great alternative to airstones in many aeration applications. Membranes have hundreds of “I” slots that open as air pressure builds inside of the diffuser. The center of the membrane does not have slots and acts as a check valve when air flow stops.

Diffusers have a 3/4" male thread inlet and are 101/2" in diameter.

AIR DIFFUSER MANIFOLDS

Many different sizes of inlet fittings available, please specify your needs. Our air diffuser manifolds allow you to hook up several air diffusers to a single air line. Manifolds include a check valve to prevent water from filling your air line when not in use. A polyethylene underlay keeps diffusers from settling into the mud and prevents sediment erosion during operation.

Standard air diffusers are 6" long. Standard airline connection is 1/2" poly tubing. Manifolds can be custom built to a wide variety of applications.
